Payments

Payments are accepted by credit card (processed securely on this site) OR you can use your PayPal account if you prefer.

Payment must be made in full before items are shipped. If you are having any issues with payment types, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will assist you in anyway that I can.

If you are local in the Jersey Shore area I will also accept cash and offer pick up or delivery options for your order.

Shipping

Your items will be carefully packaged and shipped within 3-5 business days (usually less) of your payment.

If you would like expedited shipping for an extra charge (US only) please send me an email to jenny@highstrungstudios.com and we will figure it out. 

Shipping outside of US: PLEASE NOTE: Shipping outside of US can take three weeks or more! High Strung Studios will not accept responsibility for packages once they have left the US. If you have not received your order 4 weeks after it has been marked as shipped please contact us and we will see what we can do. 

Refunds/Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 5 days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.
