We want you to be completely satisfied with your guitar string jewelry. If you're not happy with your order, you can exchange it within 30 days of receiving it. We will accept returns on a case by case basis.

  • Email and phone number
  • Desired exchange item or size
  • $5 for return shipping (Cash or check)

We will get your exchanged item back to you within 7-10 business days.
